I got a fully finished (from factory) p80 lower at a LGS for $100. This is what I “built”

I was $420 all in on a G17 clone.

While the rule was vacated, lots of 80% sellers are taking a pretty conservative approach, so you need to buy the frame from one place, the rails from another, and the jig from another. Makes it harder to track down all the components you need, but its still something that can be done.
