870 not feeding

Okay this is probably a stupid question, but I'm gonna ask anyway..

my Remington 870 Express will not load a shell into the chamber. I'm not short stroking it before anyone asks.

The shell is getting on the feed ramp and the shell won't load.

any idea what is causing this. Any help would be greatly appericated.

How long is the shell?

2 3/4. I think I see the issue the part (damn I wished the name is the part)nth at is holding the shell is sticking. I'm about to go try an clean it to see if it moves easier.

Just picked up the shotgun in a trade a couple of weeks ago too..

Screw it. I took it to Dobbs. Good folks there. They will get it working for me
