9/9 Hunt

Man you’d swear the rut was in full swing the way they were chasing and running today.
I had several
Small bucks come by….all looking for trouble.
Had a couple does sneak by….then later….
Bunch of does were running all over the bowl between my two favorite ladders this evening.
Two of the does came near me but winded me and got spooked and froze.
Well this chubby velvet guy came running in after them nose down and tail straight out.

He got a whiff of me but disregarded it …..to his detriment.
Busted him good, ran 20 yards and crashed Like Jack Lambert into a wide receiver.
He broke a couple small trees in half on his way down.
He has definitely been eating well.
Pic doesent do him Justice….he was pretty hefty.
