$99 Canik CZ75 clone, $49 HD Shotgun, bait and switch at Budsgunshop

I had the shotgun in my cart at 8:00:05. It still came in at $189.99. Here's their response when I asked why...

technical issues. We generally have an average of 1500 - 2000 customers
on our site at any given time. During this morning's early sale, there
were at times in excess of 10,000 people on-line. This caused lagging
and even at one point a crashing of the system.

Regardless of this issue, the special sale price of the $49.00 and
$99.00 priced firearms included a limited number available per item at
the early special price. With the volume of orders placed online in
this time, the available number was depleted quickly. We apologize if
you were unable to place your order for this price, however,
unfortunately we will not be able to adjust an order that was not
successfully placed online during this time.

I would love to find out how many of each were actually sold ? Only they know the truth but they shot themselves in the foot on this one thinking what great marketing ploy to get more people to our site. It may have drawn a lot of people but most will never return because of it . Me being one .

I believe the gun industry is facing hard times. Some are obviously using questionable sales tactics to drive traffic. Buds knows people have short memories. If they offer a great deal next week it will.sell out too.

According to reddit, there was 10 each of the caniks and cheap shotguns. Someone posting there claims to have had an order go through for the handgun, so I guess a few people got it.

doubtful, the site crashed before 8am, so how was the order placed? I watched it go from 2300 some users to over 8000 then it crashed around 7:50, that was my experience this morning
