9mm ammo of choice

IF you had to choose one brand to shoot FMJ's, what would it be and what grain would you choose? I want to buy some bulk rounds that are clean and pretty accurate. So far my sig does not care for American eagle or monarch too much. Before I keep buying brands to see what my 365 XL likes the most, I'd like to get opinions on which to try. So far the best i have personally found are the Fiocchi 124 grain.

What do you mean by “my sig does not care for......”?

You are right, its not the Sig that was causing the misfires on the cheap Academy monarch shells. Out of the box of 50, I had three that did not go bang. With the American Eagle, about every 5th or 6th shot would be an outlier. Probably more me than the fun but I wasn't having that issue with the Fiocchi.

I was curious. I’ve never shot the Monarch ammo, but I’ve always had great results with AE ammo.

He also mentioned federal which has never failed anyone...til now. Hahahahaha!

Monarch shotgun shells are fine to use but I will not buy another box of 9mm of them. I think I will order a box of blazer, Speer Lawman and S&B and go from there. Is SGAmmo the cheapest for bulk? I've never bought from there

Tula, Wolf, anything nasty for FX-9 and any Glock, for sub sonic range ammo my last batch was the Blazer Aluminum case. It sounds great suppressed. Except on the Blazer, I pick up all the wolf and tula casings with a magnet.

Anyone stating that Fiocchi is more accurate than Federal 9mm ammo tells me alot about a shooter...or lack there of.

Federal AE 124 grain FMJ work great in both of my Sigs (XL and compact) and I run 124 grain HSTs for SD rounds. The specs for the AE and the HSTs are pretty close so they both zero and are similar in accuracy for me. I've run Atlanta arms 115 grain FMJ also with no issues in the Sigs.

My G45 eats anything but I use the same in it also.

Those are 3 excellent options for training ammo, and SGammo is my go-to for bulk ammo.
