I have a threaded barrel for my Glock 23 Conversion barrel.. I have a 22 can and an SBR. Who makes the most cost efficient 9mm can for the money? Also, can you use a 9mm can on 5.56? or is the pressure too high.

Funny you should ask this. I recently had much the same discussion with one of the vendors here. I think you are potentially asking TWO different questions: Who makes the most efficient 9mm can for the money... For that I haven't seen anything that beats Huntertowne Arms. This price ALSO includes a booster, which is typically $100 or more.

Notice it is NOT rated for 5.56

BUT not every 9mm can is rated for rifle ammo or they have specifications on what length barrel or type of ammo (super/sub). For my needs I picked the Liberty Mystic:

Notice it IS rated for 5.56 but from a 16" barrel.

As with all NFA. Buy once cry once. When you go cheap and your buddy's can sounds way better...well. the mystic and infinity from liberty look great but I haven't heard them. I have shot tirants and they are very nice. The ospreys are supposed to be really nice as well.
