9mm upper

Quick question, I know there are a lot of great 9mm SBR uppers out there.

But what I would like to find is someone who could sell me an assembled 9mm SBR upper with a KAC URXIII Rail or something similar. I just really really like the look but don't want to have to by the "special" wrench.

Also open to any other ideas.

I dont know how much you know about KAC rails...
They basically make you have buy a KAC wrench that only works on KAC rails... it turns a $331 rail into a $450 rail... I know my rifles just fine thank you very much and have built plenty.

Last time I got lucky and a friend of mine, who has now relocated away, had one and I just borrowed his!
