I think I told you, but when I am cooking the wings, I put a little wine in the marinade and reduce it. Then toss the wings in it when I take them off the grill. Delicious!
Man, I think of that everytime I want to make kalbi and I still haven't tried it yet! Or the glaze for pork chops. I've got to get off my tail and actually make it. Maybe this coming weekend!
