A trick for a cleaner engine bay.

For any of y'all that are into shows, or just like the look of a nice clean engine bay check this out. As long as the engine is relatively clean, Armor All tire foam is like magic. Spray it on and let it sit. It looks great. Just a little tip I picked up on the Corvette forum (Vette engines don't love pressure washing) and I tried it out last night....results are awesome.

BTW it also does a great job on concrete drivways and patios. Wet lightly with hose, spray tire cleaner evenly, let it set until foam is gone and pressure blast with hose or pressure washer. Turned my orange driveway back to white!

Learned the same trick by overspray on driveway while cleaning my tires, but never considered the engine bay. Thanks for the tip. Any more known uses?

To get the engine bay "relatively clean" I use Simple Green and a soft brush.

Low pressure water from a hose for clean up.

Simple Green is your friend....I have used it on my Harleys for many years..Wet it. Spray it on and let it sit for 10 min. and Brush and spray off..Works on the Bikes..DD
