So I was scrolling through GB the other day and saw a 4" 629-6 with a bid of $400 and 2 days left. I said, what the hell, and placed a bid of $800 and forgot about it... Well I just won it last night lol. Don't these normally go for a lot higher?

I usually set a bid half what I’m wanting to pay , and then forget about it. Lots of times they’ll send you an email saying you’ve been outbid. Then I start watching it closer. I’ve actually won a couple stupid cheap auctions that way. Usually jump back on it with 20 minutes left on it.
