My take on Cabelas/BP: I like to shop there for SOME things. As soon as Im asked if I want a free hat, or want their credit card, I tell them that my credit is locked. No further conversation. No problem. As for the vacation sellers, We have taken two of their trips and used the free vacation. We had to attend the sales pitch(time share) which lasted about 10 minutes. We told them up front we were not interested in the time share. We were cordially dismissed. My wife and her sister are going on the third free vacation soon. Each trip came with several $100 gift cards. Why would I complain? These sales folks have a job to do. They were hired to do it. They ain`t on welfare. They are part of the work force. I can deal with that. My world don`t have to be perfect.
