Add an Adjustable Butte Plate to Shotgun Stock

I am contemplating the addition of an adjustable butte plate to my CZ Redhead Deluxe Shotgun
I want to be able to adjust both the length of pull and drop to fit my particular preferences.

Something like:

"Yes", I could send it off to be done, but would prefer someone locally ...
and "Yes", I could do it myself and end up with a ruined stock!

Any recommendations available that can do this professionally, for a reasonable price?

My suggestion would be to "Bite The Bullet" & send it to Aaron Nelson of "The Country Gentleman" over in Alabama--GREAT Workmanship, Reasonable PRICE, Reasonable Turnaround Time--You MIGHT get lucky & catch him at a big Sporting Clays Shoot in GA, but why wait? HTH....mikey357
