For me, a cold pack on my back for abt 20 or 30 minutes after I wake up helps a lot. Also, for me anyway, just walking through the pain helps loosen it up. Always with a cane of course.I find myself needing a walking aid sometimes. Not all the time but occasionally when my back is real bad and my knees go at it as well. What I need is somebody to give me the skinny on how to go to about it some of the insurance will cover it. I was thinking maybe a cane but sometimes that might not be enough. These last few days have been literally crippling and I'm hobbling around the house and just can't do much at all.
Anybody have some words of wisdom or advice on how to go about this?
