Can not see why people would by any AK-47 rifle knowing that 7.62x39 ammo will longer be available. Sure, there are a handful of companies making that commie round but not in mass quantities as the Russians produced for public sale.
I see now people selling their Ak's and stating will include ammo if you need it. Then what???? After you shoot that ammo what will you do with your AK....Paper Weight? Ha!

Did you throw away your AR when 5.56/.223 was $1 a round?

Wolf was the distributor not the manufacturer. Most of the manufacturering is done in old combloc countries. A new distributor will reimport ammo.

Doesn't TulAmmo have other operating facilities outside of Russia as well? If so, then they slow prod in Russia and ramp up elsewhere. Or Tula can import to another country to then import to the US? That would cause a slight increase but there's ways around this.

It's OP's narrative that creates that panic bubble. Unfortunately, we tend to do this to ourselves and then bitch about it when it happens.

Prices on 5.56 are coming down....russian ammo will never come back to the United States. If you think it will ask China if they are able to sell weapons here. They havent been able to for over 20 years. Once ammo/firearms are restricted that restriction will never be lifted. Bush Obama Trump and Biden never lifted the restriction.

Not everyone, but most bought comblock weapons cause the ammo was CHEAP.

Now it will cost the same or more than US made guns. Some will still embrace the old technology, but many will go to something cheaper to shoot.
