AK Experts - Proper way to sight in

i have been doing a lot of research on sighting in an AK with iron sights. It seems that every website I read or video I watch states a different method for sighting in an AK. I know we got some AK experts here, so what distance do you all use to sight in your AKs?

Zero at 100m once you have it tits on. Move the site leaf back to the P Mark and never touch the sight again.

Or ZERO at 25yd with the leaf on the 100yrd Mark and just remember your 200yrd Mark will be same poi as your 25 yards zero.
