I am now a taker, not a maker. Got my 1st SS check last month.
I get to sleep a little later, but I make sure I wake up for nap time.

Well, you live in the nice quite area of Blue Mountains, listening to the wild creatures. In the ATL area, we might just hear Police siren.... lol

You just made me realize I haven't heard a siren from home since I permanently moved March 3 last year.

Amen!! My hours are what ever they are. If I'm tired, I rest. Simple as that. I hate schedules anymore

One of my uncles was a dairy farmer for over 30 years then retired. While employed he was up at 3:30 each morning and in bed by 7pm. After he retired, he stayed up til 1am and slept til noon. I could never believe his body clock would allow him to make such a radical change, but he lived to be into his late 80's. Thanks.

I like those hours.
