Good thing he won't have to spend a lot of time in jail... probably won't live long enough to serve out his sentence.
That first shot through the glass was 100% legit, and pretty bad-azz as mentioned. But when he stepped out and shot the guy while he was on the ground... that's not going to be self-defense.
And let's not forget he also started shooting at the car as it was driving away... No possible self defense claim there. At least he didn't seem to hit any innocent bystanders though.
Curious to know where this happened. No real info on the X feed. If he's in a blue state he's totally hosed for everything but the first shot.
