Good thing he won't have to spend a lot of time in jail... probably won't live long enough to serve out his sentence.

That first shot through the glass was 100% legit, and pretty bad-azz as mentioned. But when he stepped out and shot the guy while he was on the ground... that's not going to be self-defense.

And let's not forget he also started shooting at the car as it was driving away... No possible self defense claim there. At least he didn't seem to hit any innocent bystanders though.

Curious to know where this happened. No real info on the X feed. If he's in a blue state he's totally hosed for everything but the first shot.

Not true, guy on the ground could have aimed the gun at him while laying on the ground. Truck driving away could have been firing at him. Videos don't tell the entire truth.

Second pic shows a gun still in perps hand. Who's to say that guy wasn't pointing it at him. Who's to say they weren't shooting at him from the other car. He's also elderly, that will likely be in his favor as well. He was stopping a forcible felony. That will also work in his favor
