Stopped by Trading Place in Monroe this morning and picked up a box of Atlanta Arms & Ammo, 38 Spl, 125 gr. JHP (reloads). Got some sticker shock - price is now $18.99 for box of 50 - old price used to be $13.99 before panic buying set in. I figured it would go up a few dollars, but not $5.00 per box. Anyone find any 38 spl cheaper let me know please.

had 325 rnds 22lr for $34. think I won't renew my membership in July. need a place to shoot around conyers to locust grove, stockbridge would be a last resort.

How about going in and paying 14.00 for .22 rounds for 525 count and now 63.00 for the same count...... WTF over

Blake (owner of Trading Places) is a fair and honest man, if you're on Facebook like their website. Blake tries to not "gouge" customers A friend of mine works for a major firearms distributor. He's confirmed that firearms companies have rose their pricing, the of course the distributor has to raise their prices. So by time it gets on the shelf the dealer still has to make a profit. But Blake tries to keep that in balance/fair.

I bought 400 rounds of .38 Special back in January for $14 a box shipped if it matters. Haven't had chance to shoot much other then .40 due to having hard time finding ammo at a price I am willing to pay.

Am I the only person here that thinks Atlanta Arms ammo shoots dirty? Do they use a less quality powder in their ammo?

In my experience it does shoot rather dirty and may be loaded a little on the light side, at least in regards to their range ammo. Shoots all right though.
