And he ain't going to jump no more...

Crazy dude parachuted from space. Unbelievable. I assume the sense of invincibility only grew with each stunt.
This is the only way he would have ended his career. Addicted to addrenalin.
Look up the video on Utube of him doing that, scary as hell but awesome, also the guy that jumped from like 10000 ft with no chute and landed in a net.

One of the guys we contract print for went skydiving for his birthday a few years ago. He tried to talk my boss who is my same age into going with him . Then he tried me. I told him for one I don't want some dude strapped to my back the whole time. But more importantly I told him I wasn't afraid of the fall. I'm afraid of hitting ground already dead from when I have a massive coronary upon jumping out of the plane.

Yep, sky diving is definitely NOT on my bucket list. No reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

I did it once 33 years ago. Static line solo jump from 3600 feet it was fun and I am glad that I did it. I will never do it again.

I made a few jumps as part of my job description but I never had any desire to take it up as a hobby.
First jump someone screwed up and we all landed in a swamp.
Luckily no one was seriously injured but we did spend the rest of the day picking people and equipment out of the muck.

Airborne school in 88 when I was 28. So far, right hip replacement, both shoulders rebuilt. The more you use it when you’re young, the more your gonna pay for it later.
Airborne school at 28…..did the black hats call you PawPaw, lol.

I graduated Airborne school in 85, I had just turned 19 the Monday before “Zero Day”. Seriously, much respect for 28ing your way through jump school.

Stunts are stunts - stunts will kill you - statistically recreational parachuting is safer than recreational riding or cycling - I have gone parachuting and gliding / sailing many times over the past forty years - its not for everyone - flying is incredible exhilarating and fun but can be scary - gliding with seagulls at Kittyhawk and hawks at LOM is one of the most magical experiences ive ever had
