Probably not a big deal to you guys but, this is a Mossberg maverick 88 with a Mossberg 500 forend. Remember how you can't do that because they aren't interchangeable? My buddy Brian Ott down at Ott gun works took care of that problem for me! I wanted to get rid of it for a mossy 500, ima keep it now

That looks great, man. Got a Mossberg 535 and have wondered at the feasability of making it "tactical" off turkey season. Prob need a 18.5" barrel, pistol grip and a different stock. By that time I could probably have paid for a new shotgun.

Nothing major was involved, The Maverick uses a one piece Action Tube that is essentially not able to be modified, but it is interchangeable with a Mossberg 500 Action Tube, then you can put any 500 forend you want on it.
