Impressive with irons. My eyes are getting older. Tougher than usual today at 50 yards with a 3x ACOG.

Me too brother! I recently put a TR24G on one of my ARs to combat the effects of "older eyes", lol.Impressive with irons. My eyes are getting older. Tougher than usual today at 50 yards with a 3x ACOG.

I really don't have a clue what this will become. This was my first time building a lower from scratch. I got the billet (SOTA) upper/lower combo from WyattEarp46 along with an Anderson LPK. I had the Kak and Hogue grip leftover from a changed-my-mind build. It's not quite an AR yet but still looks pretty cool, I think.
And, after navigating through the youtube fog, I found that installing parts into a lower wasn't as intimidating as I felt that it would be. The only thing that I struck with a "hammer" was the bolt catch pin, everything else I installed without beating on it.
