Frat Beach on Georgia/Florida football game day.. Annual event.
Thousands of costumed college kids partying on the beach with their gallon milk jugs of their favorite alcoholic beverage. Quite a show for us senile citizens.

Full complement of police on site to maintain order, but a different crowd than Tybee's Orange Crush.
