Another snake ID thread

Any idea what this is? About 7"+ long. Should I let it go in my yard, the park, or other?

It's a ringneck snake...don't see many orangish brown ones (Hypomelanistic)...usually black or gray. They are harmless...as are queen snakes which this is not. and wtf does venomous but not poisonous mean? No snake is "poisonous". You can eat any of them. Venomous snakes are ...nevermind. Party on Wayne.

Agree with ringneck snake

BUT
Venomous
adjective
1.
(of an animal) having a gland or glands for secreting venom;able to inflict a poisoned bite, sting, or wound:
a venomous snake.

So from that you conclude that all snakes are venomous but only some have poison in their venom?

So do all snakes have venom glands ? If that's the case then all snakes would be venomous, otherwise all snakes aren't venomous. Do constrictors have venom glands ?
