The weather was a nice 78 degrees but the wind was swirling mid-range. I managed some good groups and built some good data on the mk262 ammo in my 5.56 gun. Interesting to note, it carried to 800 yards without going subsonic, still running 1240ish fps. The velocities were not very consistent buy consistent enough. It also performed at 600 yards with 10 moa less then the nosler 223 I usually shoot. No data past 800 but I'm confident it will hit steel at 1k once I figure out the dope.

The 6.5 gas gun is a different beast. I've found that correct mounting of the gun is crucial. The bullet will wander if it's not locking into my shoulder pretty tight.

Pics if a few targets included.

Best shot of the day was a X ring hit cold bore with the 6.5 CM at 1k.
