This tool came in a bunch of random gun parts. Initially I thoughts Winchester 03 / 63 stock removal tool. But it doesn’t fit them. So what is it. May not even be gun related

Diameter might to big, if not it would work in a pinch ............ I do have a oil pump priming rod in my toolbox
