Another what's it worth thread: S&W 1911

Perhaps it will keep all the cry babies from *****ing about the gouging prices if we have some idea of what an item is worth when we try to list it. For instance, I have about $1200 in the pistol. Is it worth that? I have no idea? But if it is an $800 pistol and I list it for the $1200 that I have in it; some will ***** about gouging.

doesn't seem a bad price to me, but you could list it for 400 and somebody will complain

That is what it looks like, but I seem to remember something about it being a "Performance Center" pistol. I haven't even taken the pistol out of the safe in 6 months or more; so I honestly don't remember.

ETA: just looked at their performace center guns online. Must have been a dream I had at some point...

Yes they are. It is driving me crazy trying to remember why I thought this one was a Performance Center gun???? Guess it will have to wait until I can get home and check it.
