I’m not sure we’ll be able to offer you much info on it. The pvs 14 housing is a generic housing. The tubes installed inside can all vary greatly by make, model, and individual specifications.

Others may be able to tell you more, but the housing looks like a standard pvs 14 with manual gain from what I can tell.

It looks to be in better condition than anything I was ever issued. For whatever that's worth.
