This appears to be a Smith and Wesson top break (or a similar clone such as Iver Johnson). Need better pics.

As the box says, every Colt will have the Colt medallion... and I don't see one on that gun. Also looks like a mish-mash of different ammo.

Multiple pics from multiple angles would help to identify it through. Especially any markings.
