I am a land surveyor and know several all over the state. If you PM me what you need and where your located I can get you in contact with a good reputable surveyor.
Somewhere rural like Lumpkin Co shouldn’t be expensive. A few months ago I had a little under 3 acres surveyed for I think $400 in Bleckley Co. He charged a flat rate per acre. Doubt this guy will travel 4 hours north though.
