Any local gun stores on the north side of town selling stripped lowers for cheap?

I see places like PSA selling stripped lowers for as low as $29...any one seen any local deals for cheap? No big names, just functional forged lowers like Anderson etc. (I actually like the ones they make with the trigger guard forges in to the lower).
