I have a device called a Raytheon Rectifilter. Is this of any use or value to anyone? I believe it is used in radio tech from the 60’s or earlier.

Prediction - functionally, like a diode bridge rectifier, but using valves. I think the kids today call them a "Graetz circuit".

It might have curiosity value, but it's fundamentally an early version of a 'wall wart'

Edit: If you were to open it up, it's likely to have either a board with some capacitors and a few other components plus either a transformer or some valves. The transformer being the more likely.
