Any rules about selling armor plates?

Hey ODT,

I have a plate carrier with plates that I would like to sell but am unsure if there are any rules around that. I know some places regulate the sale and others don't. Wanted to make sure before I do something that gets me in trouble!

I'll get an itemized list of the various parts posted once I get pictures of it, but it's a slick(ish) carrier, side plate bags, structural cummerbund and shoulder pads, and level IV plates. $600 for the bundle.

Sale of armor is legal and unregulated in GA. No rules against it here on the ODT, either.
