anybody else love bacon?

Try baking the bacon. Much better and way less mess than frying. My local butcher has amazing bacon and he convinced me to take some and let it sit overnight in a BBQ rub, then pack it with brown sugar and coat with a little maple syrup and then smoke it for 4 hours. Said it was bacon with a sugar outside. And that reminds me I have a pound and a half of his thick cut bacon at home now.

Has anyone else seen the show United States of Bacon. They show some awesome looking meals. Have plans to try to cook a few of them. Have you ever grilled bacon? It has a better flavor than if it's fried.
