Anyone else getting the itch for archery season yet?

It's been years since I've shot a recurve and I want to make a I can make an ethical shot with one before I go. Any recommendations on what bows to look at
They’re just like compounds, you’ll need to find what works for you. I’d find a way to shoot as many as you can.
The one thing that I can tell you for certain is that you’ll want to start light on draw weight. 40-45# is plenty light for your first year. It’ll allow you to focus/work on form and develop a repeatable shot sequence.
You can use an arrow spine calculator to get you close on arrow selection once you find a poundage that’s right for you.
