I've really been trying to find either a British snider(or even a Nepalese copy) or a Gewehr 71 locally.
I'm a bit leery of the Snider's through IMA these days(they seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel now) and of purchasing any of them online. I'd like to find one I can examine before forking over the cash.
Just figured that out of everyone here, someone would know of one or two somewhere, right?

Hello Yes I have both the Snyder Conversion and the 71 Mauser in Very Nice Condition. The Snyder has been in my collection over 30 years and not a Atlanta Cutlery import .The 71 Mauser also long time ownership and even have an original Bayonet. Please contact me for further details

I've got nothing against the Nepal imports, since I'm looking for something that's going to be shot often and alot.
I just wish I'd jumped on them years ago because it seems that now the good shooters are few and far between. It seems that they're pretty much mostly down to wall hangers now.
And I have no interest in paying $700 - $900 for something to hang on the wall and look pretty.
Feel free to inbox me with what you have, unless they're pristine examples.
