Anyone have a luger snail drum?

Was thinking of moving some things around to get one for my luger. Does anyone have a repro or original?

I’ve had one of each. The repro didn’t stay fully engaged and dropped just enough to cause issues. The real ones tend to have weak springs. Both add extra weight of course….I didn’t care fir them all that much.

Id like one for cool factor. I might be able to weld the repro slot up if it doesnt seat properly
