Anyone know a kydex holster maker that can do what Jbum did?

Long and short, I want a custom holster and have no idea where to go. I need a custom design printed on it and just a quick google search turned up a ton of results with no one really saying they did custom designs. Anyone have a good lead on someone who can do what he did? Any input is appreciate. If curious, looking for a OWB holster for a G21 with a tlr-1 on it and my department patch printed on it because, 'merica and such.
