Anyone know of a custom sheath maker?

I bought a cool blade off ebay. Great little straight hawk bill.
Problem is the sheath. Lower that protects the blade is fine but the belt loop portion is pure crap. Need someone to fix/reinforce or build another more practicle sheath.
