It already is
sellers are lowering prices , giving closing costs, accepting FHA / VA / USDA /, all of which was not happening period last year.
If you are renting , you are paying 100% interest.

Awesome news to hear... prices have doubled the price and interest rates for me are going have to drop good for me to buy prices be bonkers......... I just doubt I will say 2018 prices ever due to demand (I hope i'm wrong)

Nobody has a crystal ball but hoping some reasonable property come up , inventory in some areas I been looking have been horrible on the choices presented.
