Anyone seen this before?

The critical duty and defense are great rounds but it seems there quality control is lacking. I've have two dead primers from them and heard of several others having dead primers too.

Here's the box. I have already shot 11 shots without a problem. But finding these, makes me uncomfortable and I will not shoot the rest
