I have not. Wasn't in a hurry as I haven't had one bit of trouble with it. And now its up for sale only because I just bought a Sig P238.

I sent my off when they first came out with the recall. It took me almost 3 months to get back

Haven't sent it. Probably won't, unless I get the urge to trade it which I doubt.

3 months. I figure if one were to wait a bit longer to send it the turn around
