They definitely jack up your dreams, and if you are quick to build up any tolerance (as I am) you'll find it not working much if at all shortly.

A few years back I was taking lots of prednisone and doc gave me lunesta

It gave me nuclear farts
And then that other one that makes people sleepwalk
I didn't do any walking.
Mrs roundhouse mentioned that the 3 am sex was greeat but i had no recollectionof it And made me have creepy dreams

Watch out for melatoni and sharatonin makes me crazy like you. Talk to your family doctor he can help

I take 10 to 15mg on occasion to help me sleep. Never had any issues. Been taking it for over a year. I sleep like a baby. I do have vivid dreams on occasion, but no more than usual. I don't take it every day. Maybe two, or three times a week.

My daughter used to take it from the time she was 7 until about 10. She's 15 now. She struggles with some health issues so really never sleeps to soundly. Now that she is a teen, she sleeps better without it. No side affects ever from our experience.

The dreams never really bothered me it was the waking up and feeling like someone is in the house in the middle of the night that is what gets me, once it happens it usually takes me 30 to fall asleep again.
