I just bought a M91 and it's a sexy looking gun. Yes it's pricey, but guns in general will hold their value, so I see it as an investment also. Sure I could have bought a FN SCAR 17S, but my first impression was "a block of plastic with a barrel", no real sex appeal. That being said, I kept in mind that the M91 is a med. range sniper rifle fitted with a fixed x4 power scope, so some of the responsibility lays with the owner when it comes to grouping. I sighted my rifle, first at 25 yrds, then 50 yrds, then finally at 100 yrds. I was using Tula Ammo at the time and the gas pressure setting was at 3 as recommended for the break in period for the first 200 rounds. I haven't reached the 200 round mark yet, so it isn't really broken in yet...yet. Factoring in my level of steadiness, my 61 year old eyesight with the POSP scope, my placement was pretty consistent. I'm sure if I had a better scope, the grouping would be better, but what I'm seeing with this rifle and scope, I'm not disappointed. And it's not fully broken in yet and until I reach that 200rnd mark, then I'll switch to PPU and adjust the gas setting to the #2 setting, then we'll see what happens. It's a fun gun to shoot. For all you nay sayers out there, don't buy it, let someone else enjoy the rifle for what it is.
