AO needs to learn customer service, S&W can teach it to them

I know I will probably get flamed for this, but... If it is a warranty issue then it is S&W's problem to fix, not AO's. I am not sure why you expected AO to fix S&W's problem.


As for S&W's customer service, it might be good for S&W branded guns, but it sucks wind when it comes to Thompson Center (who they bought a while back). What we used to get from TC for free (like springs and such), we now have to pay S&W for.

S&w has treated me great with my tc. They sent me new springs, firing pin, and ramrod free and didn't even charge to ship. Maybe because I do everything through email that guy might be nicer than the ones you get on the phone.
