Actually under Title 18 USC8 it is the government's money. Hence they can tell anybody holding it what they want done with it.

Suntrust bank has done the same to several gun companies, and they all switched banks, glad we do not do business with them, it is part of their agreement for the bail out..

I used to work there under Welch. Much better company then but we did have to participate in Six Sigma and eventually the reason I left. Now the company is too actively involved in bowing down to political leftist ideals and the leadership is severely lacking. I would never work for GE again and I don't buy their products.
