Costco is on a HOT seat in the Metro ATL area: Bad Gasoline!

I'm a died in the wool Costco fan.

They use Top Tier fuel and their gas stations always have huge lines because they can be as much as 15 cents/gal cheaper than the next cheapest station.

Based on how much fuel they sell I can't imagine how many complaints they would receive if they were indeed pumping "bad gas". Thousands. Not 3 or 4.

Now, maybe these folks were the unlucky ones that the tanks reached empty on or something? Or maybe the water separation filters were failing (is that a thing?) I'm no gas pump expert but I'm sure anything can happen.

Anyway, I'll still be using it.

They probably put Diesel in their gasoline powered cars.

Same here, we buy almost everything at Costco. They are 100% pro customer retailer… The news seems a bit fishy….

And my wifey and I love the discount they have on the gas in there. We may stick with someone else now…😱😱😱🤯🤯🤯🤯
I was running a set route every night for some time. Consistently the cheaper “points” brand of like ingles, Walmart, and Kroger got 1.5-2mpg less mileage than the name brand stations. I would assume it’s the same for Costco.

I also don’t trust the no name stations.

I did this for two years, same for my Suburban, Hemi Dakota, and a Ram 1500.
