I'm gonna have to start keeping something like V8 around the house for that. I take a shot or two of Bragg every day and it chokes me every time. I always think I can get through it w/o gagging but I do every time.

I actually like the taste of the straight stuff; but many sources say that prolonged use of it that way can cause damage to the enamel of the teeth and the esophagus. I have always liked the taste of V8; but I believe the vinegar makes it even better.
