My grand parents used to drink it everyday, they mixed it with apple juice and something else. Wished I could remember. I was a way of them keeping healthy.
I did this when I had one, freaked the wife out, but got the tag away.

I think it should go on greens with a few peppers added, my wife takes a shot glass full in the mornings and has for years. She also pours it in a Patron bottle to keep on the counter. I've been waiting for several years to hear someone gag when they try to sneek a shot!
My grandmother mixes some stuff up called Joggin' in a jug I think. Like a cup of vinegar and some honey and some grape juice I think. some kind of mixture like that. The way my back is feeling I need to try it!
