I LOVE it. I like to customize my guns because I don't like my AR to look just like everyones elses' (to the untrained eye). I like to do that with all my guns. Its just a personality trait that I have. Everyone does black, OD green, or FDE but when someone sees my work it automatically different. One thing that I do like about the AR platform is that they are so customizable.

Technically not an AR, but close enough. Sig 556 Swat pistol wearing an Aimpoint CS. Currently waiting of BATF approval to add a stock to this one and make it the SBR it was born to be. Debating between a CTR and an ACE Socom , haven't decided yet.

My second LWRC. 14.7" SPR Burnt Bronze Cerakote, Aimpoint Micro T-1 2moa on Larue Tactical mount, Magpul CTR stock, Magpul MS3 sling, UTG bipod. First pic is professional photo from company that did the cerakote, still had ACS stock. Second photo is mine after adding all accessories and changing stock.
